US Wants to Make 1 Billion Doses of Corona Vaccine Per Year

The United States wants to make at least 1 billion doses of the corona vaccine per year. This should be possible from the middle of next year.

 

The New York Times reports that the White House plans to invest billions of dollars to expand vaccine production in the US. The vaccines are for domestic use but also for use elsewhere.

THE PAPER SAID THAT the US government is under pressure from activists to increase corona vaccines in developing countries.

She will work with the industry to meet immediate vaccine needs abroad and domestically. The expansion is also intended to prepare for a future pandemic.

The goal is to make enough vaccines for all Americans within six to nine months of identifying a new global virus disease, said a top adviser to US President Biden.
