EU Wants to Punish Russian President Putin Personally

The European Union wants to punish Russian President Vladimir Putin directly and personally.

 

The president will soon no longer be able to use any assets placed in the EU, according to insiders, the EU member states have agreed.

That would also apply to his foreign minister Sergei Lavrov.

The foreign ministers have yet to determine the sanctions list on Friday afternoon, but that is a formality.
