Zelenski will Address US Congress on Wednesday

Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky will address the US Congress via an online connection on Wednesday.

 

That happens at 1 p.m. UK time when it is still morning in the United States.

The speech was announced by Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Senate Leader Chuck Schumer.

The two say they are impressed by the Ukrainian population, which show “exceptional courage, resistance and determination”.
